NOTE

Client understands and agrees that a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking with Ry Media Company, LLC. Client further understands and agrees that the remaining balance is to be paid in FULL fourteen (14) days for ALL photoshoots/video shoots and ninety (90) days for weddings and events PRIOR to services being rendered.

LATE NOTICE

Please be advised that there will be a $50 late fee for all clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Clients that arrive 30 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment will be required to reschedule their appointment at an additional cost to the client.

IMAGE POLICY

RAW images will be kept for a total of 60 days if you want extra edits from your photoshoot. After the 60 days period, all RAW unedited images will be deleted.
