Policies *

1. BOOKING & RETAINER POLICY

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings.

  • Invoices for retainers must be paid within 48 hours of issuance.

  • Your session date and time are NOT secured until the retainer is paid.

  • If the retainer is not paid within 48 hours, the invoice will be deleted and the session will be released.

  • An additional $25 fee will be charged to generate a new invoice after expiration.

2. SESSION DELIVERY & GALLERIES

  • Final images will be delivered via a personal online gallery emailed to the Client.

  • Proof images will be emailed within 24 hours after the shoot is completed.

  • Turnaround time for edited photos: 7–10 business days.

  • Rush delivery (1–3 business days) is available for an additional $200 fee.

3. EDIT SELECTION & IMAGE STORAGE

  • Once proof images are delivered, the Client has 7 days to select their included edits.

  • If selections are not made within 7 days:

    • Included edits are forfeited

    • Client must pay additional fees for editing.

  • RAW images are stored for 60 days (2 months) after the session.

  • After 60 days, all RAW images will be permanently deleted.

  • ALL Unedited images are available for purchase at a flat fee of $100.

4. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Standard Sessions

  • Arriving 15 minutes late: $50 late fee

  • Arriving 30 minutes or more late: Session must be rescheduled at full booking cost

30-Minute Sessions

  • Arriving 10 minutes late: $50 late fee

  • Arriving 15 minutes late: Session must be rescheduled at full booking cost

Please Note:
The time you book is the time your session begins. Any delay on the Client’s behalf will not be made up.

(Example: If your shoot starts at 3PM & ends at 4PM and you’re not prepared to shoot until 3:30PM, then your shoot will begin at 3:30PM & STILL end at 4:00PM)

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled shoot.

  • Same-day cancellations will result in a $200 fee.

  • Clients are allowed to reschedule only once, except in verified emergencies.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 72 hours of cancellation.

  • Any additional rescheduling beyond the first attempt will result in:

    • Cancellation of the appointment

    • Forfeiture of the retainer

⚠️ Failure to pay any required fees may result in legal action.

6. NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY

  • If the Client fails to show up without prior notice:

    • Session will be cancelled

    • No refund will be issued

    • A $300 No Call / No Show Fee will be charged

    • Client must pay a new deposit, no call no show fee, and full payment to book again

7. PROPS & EQUIPMENT

  • Props may be provided for an additional charge, or Clients may bring their own.

  • If company equipment, props, or property are damaged by the Client or guests:

    • Ry Media Company reserves the right to withhold image delivery

    • Images will be released only after repair or replacement costs are paid in full

8. IMAGE RIGHTS & EDITING POLICY

  • Ry Media Company, LLC. retains exclusive editing rights to all images produced.

  • Clients may NOT apply additional edits, filters, or alterations of any kind.

  • This includes third-party apps, social media filters, or preset overlays.

9. CREDIT & USAGE REQUIREMENT

  • Client must TAG, CREDIT, or MENTION Ry Media Company when posting images on social media or online platforms.

10. WEDDINGS & PACKAGE DEALS

  • Wedding photography and videography inquiries must be made via call or e-mail.

  • Package deals are available.
