Policies

  • Invoices for 50% non-refundable retainers have 48 hours limit to be paid. Date is NOT secured until retainer is paid. If retainer is still unpaid after 48 hours, the invoice will be deleted and an ADDITIONAL FEE will be assessed to generate another invoice.

  • For each session, the final images will be e-mailed via your own personal gallery from the photoshoot.

  • Please be advised that there will be a $100 late fee for all clients that arrive 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Clients that arrive 30 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment will be required to reschedule their appointment at full booking cost to the client.

  • For 30 minutes photo sessions, there will be a $100 late fee for all clients that arrive 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Clients that arrive 20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be required to reschedule their appointment at full booking cost to the client.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 72 HOURS before your shoot. PLEASE CALL IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU CANNOT CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN 72 HOURS ! SAME DAY CANCELLATION will result in a fee of $200.

  • Failure to result in ANY fees will result in a lawsuit.

  • Props for sessions may be provided for an additional charge OR you may bring your own props.

  • Ry Media Company, LLC. reserves the exclusive rights to make edits to the materials produced from the photography session. Client agrees to abstain from adding any additional edits to the materials produced including, but not limited, to photo filters not provided by Ry Media Company, LLC.

  • Clients are only allowed to reschedule a service appointment ONCE. EMERGENCIES ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTION. Clients must reschedule within 72 hours of cancellation. ANY RESCHEDULING AFTER THE FIRST ATTEMPT WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT AND FORFEITURE OF THE RETAINER.

  • When booking, the time that you book is the time that the session starts. For example, If you book a shoot at 3PM that ends at 4 PM, then the shoot time begins at 3PM. If there is any delay in the shoot start time on your behalf, that time is not made up. Which means, if the shoot time is 3PM and ends at 4PM, but you aren't prepared to shoot until 3:30 PM, then your shoot time will begin at 3:30 PM and STILL end at 4PM.

  • If company equipment, props, and/or property are damaged by you or your guests during your photoshoot session, Ry Media Company has the right to withhold your photos (gallery) until a payment for repair/replacement has been received.

  • WE DO OFFER PACKAGE DEALS. If you are in need of a package deal or want to discuss the options of a package deal, please CALL (470) 727-7323.

  • RAW Images will be e-mailed 1-2 business days after the shoot is completed.

  • RAW Images will be kept for 90 days (3 months) if you want more edits once shoot is completed.

  • Turnaround time for delivery of completed photos is 7-14 business days.

  • Need rush delivery? Photos can be rushed 1-3 days at a charge of $200.

  • If you do not show up to your scheduled shoot without any prior notification, your shoot will be cancelled, you will NOT be refunded, you will be charged a $300 NO CALL NO SHOW FEE, and you will have to pay an additional payment to book again.

  • Must TAG, CREDIT, or MENTION photographer.

    COVID 19 PRECAUTION POLICY
    1) Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick even if you only have a common cold.

    2) You may reschedule your scheduled photo session prior to the date without any penalty if you have ANY kind of illness.

    3) The photographer has the right to cancel and end any photo session early if client appears to exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms.
